Do you provide paid custom plans?
We sure do, please contact us for a quote, and if you take a custom plan out with us we'll double your requested diskspace and/or bandwidth as a thank you. Custom/paying members benefit from inbuilt picture galleries and are able to upload additional file types i.e. pdf,zip, rar etc

What happened to the website?
We changed our site design to reflect our new service. We have temporarily stopped the 1 step upload service, and encourage everyone to register for a free premium account.

What will happen to the images i have already uploaded?
Absolutley nothing, all images that have been uploaded will continue to stay online indefinitley, you are more than welcome to add them to your premium account. If you require assistance in locating a image or don't remember the link, please submit a ticket in the support section from within your account.

Can I upload adult/xxx pictures?
We don't mind hosting any adult pictures, so long as they comply with all local, state, and nationwide laws. All models/person(s) appearing in any picture MUST be of legal age. There are NO exceptions to this rule. Offenders will have their accounts terminated & banned from any further useage, and their details submitted to the relevant authorities.

My account has been deleted, why?
The only reasons why your account would have been deleted is because you have violated our terms and conditions. Specifically in providing false or incorrect names and email addresses or our policies which you can read here. You will not be notified via email that your account has been deleted and why.

What is the maximum file dimensions?
The maximum image dimension is 1280x1280 or 1MB, uploading pictures with a higher dimension or size will result in error messages.

What kinds of images will you host?
We'll host any image you have the legal rights to use. Anything illegal in nature, or an image you don't have rights to, will be deleted and your IP address submitted to the relevant authorities on request. Also, make sure you read our Terms of Use before uploading anything.

What can I do to help ImageJar?
Please tell your friends & family about us. You can contact us and we'll show you how to display text links in your emails, websites and on forums. Any linkage and advertising is always appreciated, and since we are a free service it helps to keep our costs down.

Is registration required?
Yes, you will need to register to use our services. Please ensure you provide your correct Firstname and Surname with a valid email address, or you risk having your account deleted.

What image formats do your support?
You can upload gif, jpg, png, bmp images. Your images should have the correct extensions, and the filenames should not include spaces or invalid characters.

How long will you host my image(s)?
We keep images online indefinitley. However sometimes we delete old images to recover server space, but you will be given ample notice if this were to happen. Sometimes we determine this by how often a user, uses their account. Please ensure your account is used to ensure it doesn't get deleted for non-use.

My picture has been replaced by a "FILE TRAFFIC OVER" banner
While being a free service we are also trying to maintain a high level of quality. The only reason why you would see this if you uploaded a image which has violated our rules or site policies.
